Great complex. Beautiful, clean, and Rosie is great! I had almost no complaints while living there. Upon move out is another story. Not renewing “MY” lease because of the rent increase from $2,173.00 to $2445.00 plus the water bill
Only downsides to living here was how loud Sweetwater Springs Blvd is if you’re in any of the 1 bedrooms. All day and all night it sounds like a raceway, when I viewed the apartment during the day it wasn’t a big deal. Once we moved in, we couldn’t leave our windows open without hearing cars all night long.
And the second downside, our apartment had a spider problem, I was bit three times over a short span of 2 months and would find them crawling on the shower walls, in the kitchen and in our bedroom. We tried to keep everything closed and make sure there was no openings but somehow spiders still kept coming in. When we moved out we had 3 spider/insect traps that had at least 5-10 dead spiders on them (that was only within 2 months of placing the traps)
Aside from that management was easy to work with and pleasant anytime we had to talk with them. The noise is not something management can do anything about if they wanted which we understand completely! But there could be better maintenance of the outside of the apartments as well as the landscaping covered in spider webs.
The location looks nice, but unfortunately there is a disconnect between the onsite leasing office and central office. Making an appointment for a tour and no one showing up, during your scheduled business hours, is very unprofessional. Sunday 10-5?
Rosie at the office was always friendly and professional. Whenever I had a problem that needed attention (such as broken oven door or unhinged cabinet door), I would call Rosie and the problem would be taken care of in a timely manner. However, whenever I sent an email to the general Lakeview Village Mgmt. email, I never received a response or followup. For example, when I complained about landscapers leaving cut grass on the sidewalk and piled on the mowed lawn, and sent photos so they could see how badly the area looked, I never received a response.
Maria, Rosie, and Paula have been such a great help with assisting us in our brand new home. Even though we have had a rough start, they all have been amazing. Thank you guys 💕 …
My family and I went into the leasing office today to view the apartment complex and Rosie was so amazing! She went above and beyond to show us around and give additional info to us. Very helpful and attentive to what we were looking for in an apartment. We greatly appreciated her service. Customer service goes such a long way, thank you Rosie!
This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. Please read the other reviews before you rent here, we wish we had. While it may look beautiful and management will do a good job selling it, if you plan to sleep or work from home look anywhere else.
Want to hear every word your neighbors say?
Well, due to the lack of insulation you can hear every word your neighbors say during normal volume conversations.
Don't like to sleep at night?
With the amount of domestic disputes & violence you wont get any! The lack of insulation it will make them sound like they are in your apartment. Even when it takes place across the street. Plus people will blast the base so loud it will literally vibrate your walls and everything inside your apartment.
Think management will assist you with any of this?
Nope! They will tape a paper flyer to your door about being quiet and call it day. I had to call them and visit them in office multiple times to get them to just do that.
It’s a joke. The old property manager was so much better. Since we have had this new guy, we haven’t had propane in the grills by the pool. The hot tub at the second pool farthest from office is a hit an miss on having water. Nonetheless …
